Administration President Larry Boggess is the middle son in a family of 6 children. He grew up on the family farm in Carrollton OH. As a young teenager he, along with his family, became Seventh-day Adventists because of the radio evangelism of the Voice of Prophecy.Larry went on to attend Columbia Union College and graduated from Andrews University in 1966. Larry has spent his life sharing his love for God with others. He has pastored churches, worked as a Literature Evangelist, served as Publishing Director and managed Adventist Book Centers, he is a certified Natural Church Development coach, and loves getting to know people one-on-one. In 1989 Larry accepted a call to pastor in the Mountain View Conference. In 2002, he was elected to serve as Executive Secretary for the conference, and in 2006, elected as President of the Mountain View Conference. Larry and his wife Jo’an have three grown children; two sons and one daughter, 6 grandchildren, and 3 great-grandchildren. Secretary / Treasurer Victor Zill was born in Boyton Beach, FL. He is the youngest of four children and spent much of his early childhood enjoying the ocean and working with the family mango business. He grew up in a Seventh-day Adventist family and was baptized as a young boy during a Joe Crews evangelism series held at the Hendersonville Seventh-day Adventist Church in North Carolina. Victor attended Georgia-Cumberland Academy and Fletcher Academy where he met his wife Monica. He graduated from Southern Adventist University in 2001, with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration emphasis in Accounting.The Mountain View Conference offered Victor a job as the accountant in June 2001 to replace Goldie Titus who was retiring. In 2004 he was offered the position of treasurer, becoming the youngest conference treasurer in the North American Division at that time.
